Administrative Assistant

What you will do:

  • Provide support for the company’s administrative and HR departments (e.g. data entry activities, meeting arrangements/coordination, meeting notes, xerox/scan, correspondence & emails, etc.)
  • Prepare and draft documents in a required format
  • Assist in organizing company events, on-sites, motivational programs, team building, volunteering activities, etc.
  • Receive, process and pass the requests on to the person/department in charge
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical if necessary
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to management
