Airline Communication Agent (no experience required)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English level – C1/C2 (both written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail, quick learner skills and high sense of responsibility
  • Previous experience in travel would be an advantage

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure professional communication with all airlines for obtaining waiver codes and authorizations
  • Formulate grammatically and semantically correct emails addressed to airlines
  • Maintain good relationships with all airlines for further cooperation
  • Interact with the other departments and provide the airline authorization
  • Follow up on requests sent via email until the airline replies with an outcome
