  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets 
  • Strong command of English (B2-C1 level)
  • Previous experience as a Business Assistant/Personal Assistant or similar position would be an advantage

What you will do

  • Interact closely with managers/team leaders on various operational issues
  • Coordinate the HR & recruitment tasks like hiring new people, analyzing the recruitment funnel; ensuring that such tasks as disciplinary actions, leave requests, salary inquiries, and others are properly processed
  • Liaise and communicate with the third parties vendors to ensure the high quality of services provided
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes and send follow-ups on the topical issues
  • Oversee the performance of operations staff (HR managers, recruiters, sales & support agents)
  • Prepare and manage corporate documents, respond to emails and distribute correspondence
  • Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management, work with Excel tables daily
