Card Operations Specialist (No prior experience is required)

Requirements:

  • Educational background or previous work experience in a field requiring an aptitude for technical or maths tasks, e.g. IT, engineering, analytics, accounting, etc.
  • Good logic and strong analytical skills 
  • Attention to detail, quick learner with a high sense of accountability
  • The intermediate level of English; high typing speed in English

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Investigate all penalties (ADMs) received from the airline companies
  • Report issues identified to the Technical Teams
  • Communicate the final result to the airline companies
  • Prepare monthly reports
