Email Marketing Specialist

This time we have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, growing Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an end-to-end email marketing strategy, including writing selling texts, managing your database, designing newsletters, etc. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, analysts as well as managers to identify a target audience and report on the results of various email marketing campaigns. 

An ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and result-oriented marketer who knows how to deliver an effective email marketing strategy to meet business objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing or email marketing experience
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI
  • Experience in marketing automation and content management systems
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML 
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to select actionable insights from data

Responsibilities

  • Identify the company’s target audience and develop marketing strategies for all channels (push notifications, SMS, email, messenger, etc.)
  • Analyse customer experience, set up segmentation models
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with customers to increase the Retention Rate
  • Generate leads through created email databases
  • Personalize and upgrade email sends through advanced features and unique templates
  • Ensure clarity of messages/emails through proofreading for grammar and spelling errors
  • Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Generate sales revenue reports based on email marketing campaigns
  • Closely collaborate with copywriters, designers and developers
