HR BP / HRD / HR Director

KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant. 

KIVORK has a large staff of 750 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine and Russia. 

We are currently looking for an addition to our Operations Department – an HRD who will be responsible for setting and implementing HR processes across the department as well as working with the team daily and motivating them to achieve the targets set.

Requirements:

  • Result-orientated in numbers
  • Experience working with over 500-person staff
  • 2+ years’ work experience as an HR business partner or in a similar role
  • Practical experience with employee performance assessment,  training and development plan, objective setting, promotion of corporate culture, legal/regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits policies etc.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and suggest appropriate solutions with self-initiative
  • Proven experience with HR metrics
  • Good understanding and proper implementation of HR functions and best practices
  • Ability to conduct group facilitation, coach and counsel management at all levels
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and managers
  • Strong management skills
  • Advanced English & Russian level, knowledge of Romanian would be a plus

What you will do:

  • Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives that are in line with business objectives in the context of dynamic growth of company staff and process changes. 
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department in order to create and implement effective HR policies and development strategies
  • Develop and maintain corporate talent strategy and performance-oriented culture
  • Develop and implement the performance management system
  • Work closely with top management and managers of all the departments to identify needs and provide the necessary support
  • Improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Develop and maintain training programs for employees and managers
  • Manage and evaluate onboarding and off-boarding processes end to end
  • Build and run reporting dashboard and provide predictive analytics for future changes or decisions
