HR Brand Manager

This time we have an exciting opportunity for an HR Brand Manager to join our fast-paced, growing company. In this role, you will work closely with the HR, Marketing & tech teams as well as external partners to develop successful Employer Brand strategies and action plans to promote Kivork as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ work experience as an HR Brand Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and experience within the IT field in the international environment
  • Good understanding of HR branding and best practices
  • Practical experience with internal communications, handbook creation, EVP development, training development, social media management, company’s history, company policies etc.
  • Experience developing and promoting company mission and values 
  • Experience in creative storytelling
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Innovative approach and strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task 
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, written and verbal communications skills 
  • Advanced English level

What you will do:

  • Come up with initiatives to increase brand awareness of the company 
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain talented employees
  • Create an employer brand book (EVP, mission and values, brand identity)
  • Organize the company’s participation in public events (professional conferences, meet-ups, etc.)
  • Set up the employee feedback system, adjusting processes where there are gaps
  • Suggest and implement both financial and non-financial methods of motivation
  • Contribute to the development of a performance evaluation system
  • Develop an employee training program, coordinate educational projects for the company
  • Create a unique corporate culture, improve employee engagement 
  • Design and scale paid advertising campaigns on social media channels for engagement and attraction
