HR Specialist

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong practical knowledge of the Moldovan Labour Law 
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Romanian and Russian – fluent, English – intermediate

What you will do:

  • Prepare and manage the entire company’s staff records according to the existing legislation
  • Coordinate the employment relationship (employment/ transfer/ termination of the employment contract/ vacations, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit the required reports to the top management
  • Provide support to the company’s staff by assisting with all HR matters across the company
