Lead Recruiter

KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant. 

KIVORK has a large staff of 750 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine and Russia. 

We are currently looking for an addition to our team – a Lead Recruiter who will be responsible for adding new entry-level employees to our Sales & Operations Departments, coordinating the entire cycle of mass recruitment as well as building and leading a team of recruiters.

You are a great asset to us if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Recruiter in mass recruitment
  • Experience in building the recruitment process from scratch
  • Experience managing the entire recruitment process
  • Experience in training recruitment teams
  • Result-oriented 
  • Proven results in increasing departments 
  • You speak Russian and English fluently
  • You have the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

What you will do:

  • Design and implement recruiting strategies & procedures
  • Supervise and mentor the recruiting team
  • Strategically build a pipeline candidate through innovative recruiting and networking practices
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, and funnel and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze cost per hire and optimize recruiting 
  • Create and post job announcements on various recruitment platforms
  • Track hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to fostering long-term relationships with candidates
