Performance Marketing Specialist

This time we have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, growing Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the paid search channels in order to increase brand visibility, traffic and bookings. 

An ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and data-driven marketer who understands how to use and optimize existing PPC campaigns, bid strategies and is passionate about innovating, testing new technologies and emerging channels to drive measurable results. You must be flexible enough to work in a dynamic and highly iterative environment.

Required qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience in a marketing role
  • Previous experience working within Performance marketing channels (Adwords, Bing and etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of Editor Tools for all the major engines
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online, e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Strong Analytics skills
  • Ability to ensure maximum ROI and drive down CPAs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the paid search accounts daily
  • Boost the Performance strategy to ensure that the company meets traffic/booking targets
  • Achieve CPA targets/Volume of sales per channel per month
  • Provide daily reporting
  • Identify potential new campaigns & set them up across all networks to expand sales
  • Ensure A/B testing of adverts across all networks
  • Keep up to date on news, learnings, changes and tests
