Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience managing a marketing project from scratch, including developing a strategy, optimizing processes, defining priorities, setting goals and deadlines, interacting with a cross-functional team, etc.
Experience with Google Analytics
Previous experience working within marketing channels (Adwords, Bing and etc.)
Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
Basic knowledge of SEO principles/terminology
Communication skills, ability to manage a team
Experience with landings, banners, video on social media, stories, creatives, etc
What you will do
Manage marketing projects from their launch to completion
Develop and implement a marketing strategy
Build and optimize a marketing team to increase management efficiency and inter-team cooperation
Coordinate and allocate resources necessary for the project’s success
Manage and minimize project risks
Assess project performance using appropriate tools
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Collaborate closely with all the stakeholders (managers, developers, testers etc.)
Work with the team daily and motivate them to achieve the targets set
