Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience working as a B2B Sales Director/Commercial Director or another similar role
  • Previous experience in IT field
  • Experience successfully managing a B2B sales team
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What you will do

  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Conduct market research and collaborate with company executives to identify the best approach to pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improve existing sales proposals
  • Analyze client feedback to determine whether they are satisfied with company services
  • Meet with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
  • Onboard, couch and manage a B2B sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in compliance with company business goals
  • Build and maintain solid relations with company clients and partners
