Travel Supply Manager/Business Developer

This time we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Manager to join our fast-paced, growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and expanding the company’s suppliers across the global market. 

An ideal candidate for this position has strong business acumen and experience in supply management and sales capacity in the travel industry.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in the international travel industry 
  • 3+ years experience in account management, business development, supply management or similar
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing relations with key partners and suppliers 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence both external/internal stakeholders
  • Robust analytical, operational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
  • Negotiate conditions, make deals ensuring the company has the best pricing for customers
  • Analyse the market, generate insights and provide recommendations to management 
  • Work with suppliers on gathering content to increase their online presence
  • Boost sales growth from existing and new suppliers through regular analysis, optimization and revenue management 
  • Identify new potential suppliers, reach out to them and enlarge the company’s portfolio
  • Analyze statistics and provide reporting on work with suppliers
  • Provide suggestions for future improvements of contract conditions with suppliers
